  1. How do I get support?
    a. See our online manual http://www.houstonhost.com/support.htm  for the fastest support. We try to list everything about our machines and how they work in the manual.           b. Fill out our support form https://www.houstonhost.com/supform.htm 
     

  2. How long does a domain transfer take?
    Domain name transfers take up to 3 days. If your domain is not active in 3 days, please contact the site where you bought the name and ask them to move your site to our servers. The name server information is below.
     

  3. How do I restore files or mail ?
    All sites hosted on our servers are backed up daily, weekly, and monthly. If you ever lose are accidentally delete files or mail email support@houstonhost.com for free restore.
     

  4. How Do I log into my control panel?
    To log on to your control panel, you will need to 
    access it like this > http://yourdomain.com/cpanel
    Just add a /cpanel after your domain name.
     

  5. How Do I check my e-mail using my browser?
    This is just about the same as logging in to the
    Control panel. Access your mail like so 
    http://yourdomain.com/webmail just add /webmail after 
    your domain name. 
     

  6. What about refunds?
    Refunds are only available within the first 30 days. If you are not happy, we will give refund under the following terms. No resold accounts were added to your account and there will be no refunds on new domain names. 
     

  7. How do resellers order a resold account?
    Go to the reseller account web host manager and click on 
    "Create a New Account".
     

  8. How do I become a web host reseller?
    You can get information and order a reseller account at: http://www.houstonhost.com/reseller.htm

     

  9. How do I get a sub domain?
    Sub domains can be setup in your control panel. See our online flash tutorial HERE.

  11. Can I pay with my resold customers card?
    NO... and if you do they will know who we are as our information shows up on their billing statement. If they charge back you and all of your accounts will be deleted.
     

  12. Why was my site cancelled?
    A cancelled site will most of the time be for payment problems. A cancelled site will have a statement asking you to contact your host.
     

  13. Why was my site deleted?
    Spam,  Adult, Hacking and Credit card fraud are deleted with no warning. # NOTE: We also state in our user policies that we can refuse service to anyone for any reason.
     

  14. What do I do when my site is down?
    Our techs are page by our systems when they go down. We know when the sites go down. Our systems will re boot after 10 mins of down time if they do not re boot they page us to the machine. Why is my site up and not HoustonHost's or the other way around? Our sites are all on different machines. Each machine has about 250 sites. If one machine is down then it does not affect others.
     

  15. What do I do when my email quits working?
    The system is busy , wait a few minutes and try again
     

  16. Do I have a contract with you? How long do I have to stay?
    Contracts are month to month unless you have something different in writing from us. If you pay by more than one month and we remove your account for so reason we will prorate and refund your card.
     

  17. Do you install CGI scripts for me?
